In the fall of 2009, Cherney Microbiological Services proudly announced the promotion of Sarah Hazaert as Proficiency Program Coordinator. For the past year, Sarah has been a valuable member of the Cherney Microbiological staff working primarily in the Diagnostics department. Sarah is a 2008 graduate of Ripon College, (Ripon WI) where she majored in Biology and minored in Business Administration. Sarah’s college education and practical work experience in the Diagnostic department give her the skills necessary to implement the enhancements to the Cherney Proficiency programs occurring in 2010. Sarah is looking forward to working with all proficiency participants as these changes take place and will take a fundamental role in improving Cherney’s proficiency programs.
