With the holidays just around the corner, it signifies that another year is quickly approaching and with 2017 less than 60 days away, like you we are busy planning for the New Year.  Therefore, we are popping the champagne and rolling out the 2017 training schedule earlier than previous years for a simple reason - because you asked for it!  Check out our 2017 Cherney College course catalog and make your training budget request before the end of the year.  This helps make training a priority for you and your company in 2017. Whether your focus is related to FSMA or improving your laboratory and food safety programs, we’ve got you covered!

FSPCA Preventive Controls for Animal Food

FSMA requires facilities processing any type of animal food, including pet food, complete feed or ingredients, to comply with new GMPs and to implement a written animal food safety plan developed and overseen by a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI).  This FDA-recognized, standardized course explains the new regulations and provides FDA-recognized training for your PCQI.  Topics include FSMA regulations, GMPs, animal food safety hazards, food safety plan, and preventive controls.

 Quality Assurance in the Food Lab

Wondering if your lab is doing enough to ensure accurate results?  Considering ISO 17025 accreditation for your lab?  This is the course for you!  Topics include GLPs, quality systems and ISO 17025, quality control, training, auditing, investigations, validation and verification. This private course is limited to current customers only.
