What’s in store for 2015
Our Strategic Plan was finalized with input from our entire team just before Christmas. We are off and running at executing that plan and had key items being worked on the first week of January.
Key on our plan is continuing to expand our capability in analytical services. We are continuing to listen to our customers and developing methods the market demands. We will, in a matter of days, finish final validation for Aflatoxin testing in our Clovis, New Mexico facility. We are continuing to drive forward with Nitrate and Nitrite method development and anticipate this offering being available first quarter.
Cherney College is continuing to grow. We are into our second year offering Introduction to Micro and have expanded the subject material for the Environmental Monitoring workshop. This offering is designed to be conducted in our onsite Training Center or at our customers’ location of choice. In fact, one of our trainers is conducting a workshop this week at one of our customers in Western Wisconsin. Our complete training schedule is posted on our website and further course dates will be added when currently scheduled classes reach capacity.
We also have a team of certified Food Safety Managers and Certified HACCP Auditors that are ready to assist you with many of the challenges being presented by increasing certification requirements.
