Method Description:

  • This method directly determines the amounts of: fructose, glucose, galactose, sucrose, maltose, and lactose. The sugars are extracted and cleaned-up, and after the appropriate dilution are quantitated using high purity standards and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).

Amount of Sample Needed for Analysis:

  • Individual test: 100 grams
  • Full Nutritional Analysis: 300 grams
